What is Yin yoga?
Yin Yoga is based on Taoist concept with key word STILLNESS.
Each asana is held for a long period of time (between two and seven minutes) which bring ones close to a meditative state.
The poses are passive and work deep on conective tissues as ligaments, tendons and fascias.
